Ashura's Purpose

I was going through my art folder on my lap top and I found this! A half done picture of Ashura I'd started like... two years ago. Ashura is my favourite manga character, I think he's (she's) HIGHLY unappreciated and the series is too. Dunno why...

"The men are too buff." is what I hear most. Who gives a fuck if the guys are buff and have broad shoulders, probably not enough barely clothed women. Besides, it's CLAMP's first series, so as it's special to them, it's special to me.

Anyway, I did this ages ago and forgot about it, because I started to get peeved at Yasha's stoopid sword (though I'm glad I made the decision not to do Ashura's and his glass blade...)

I called it Ashura's Purpose, because in the series he vows to live only for Yasha and vise versa. So he's holding Yasha's sword and thinking of him.

Idea's for a BG anyone?
